BYO Internet Terms and Conditions

  • Calls to 13/1300 charged at 30c per call.
  • Included calls are based on fair use policy.
  • All pricing excludes GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Monthly remote bundle rental is additional to current telephony rental charges.
  • Some call forward/diversions and Caller ID limitations will apply.
  • 30-day minimum billing cycle.
  • Minimum hardware specifications for PC and Mac apply.
  • Remote setup and installation of software.
  • Onsite installation options available.
  • Remote training provided up to 30-min per user/group.
  • SOPHOS Home enterprise grade endpoint AV free for home use only.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for smartphone device, computer hardware, home network, router and internet connection.
  • Additional support and training can be provided and quoted as needed.

4G Terms and Conditions

  • As above.
  • Telstra 4G mobile coverage dependant.
  • 100GB Monthly Data Allowance to use in Australia. No excess data charges in Australia, continue to access data at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps once included data allowance is exceeded.
  • Calling, SMS and MMS to international numbers is blocked on the data plan.
  • 4G USB device remains property of CloudVoice Solutions, charges apply for damaged or unreturned equipment.
